Return Policy

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your reborn doll within 14 or 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

• The doll must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
